Youth Athlete Training

We understand adolescence is a critical phase of development. Through our Youth Athletics program, we’re empowering our community youth to reach their full potential, both athletically and personally. Our expert coaches are not just trainers; they are mentors who guide, inspire, and support teens on their path to greatness.

Here are 3 ways our Youth Athletics program can help your athlete:

Youth Athletic Development Program– this is a group class for ages 8+ years old. We focus on building a strong fitness foundation and general physical preparedness, and also lay the groundwork for graduation to our Sports Specific Personalized Program.  This program promotes a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the importance of nutrition and mental well-being. Your teen will learn the skills needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come. 

Personal Training – This program consists of private or semi-private training with a Coach and a program written specific for that athlete and their goals/sport. Through private and semi-private training, we correct a lot of imbalances, and prevent overuse injuries. Personal training can be accomplished for virtually any age or skill level. Semi-private training is also a great option for small groups of 2-4 kids.   

Sports Specific Personalized Program (SSPP) – This is a specific program written for the demands of an individual athlete’s specific sport. We provide year-round training with pre-season, in-season, and off-seasons in mind. Participants in this program meet in person with their coach, and also complete training during the SSPP hours at our facility.
