So, why choose our Youth Athletic Development program? It’s a community where kids aged 8 and up dive into fun, friendships, and healthy living. We’re not just about fitness; we’re about shaping awesome individuals. Our Youth classes a coach lead from start to finish and designed to challenge the participants while also having fun.
Our coaches are passionate about helping kids grow. In this coach led group class, we teach the basics of weightlifting. We build on their natural mobility and teach body awareness and control. Through this instruction they learn to develop more strength and speed, which translates in to more power production for sports. They build more muscle which improves posture and reduces the likelihood of injury.

We believe fitness should be enjoyable. Our aim is to develop a healthy relationship with fitness. Envision kids laughing, moving, making friends, and learning about health. Lifelong friendships start here as kids encourage each other and grow together. Some training sessions are harder than others. Some are easier. However they’re all built around having fun and supporting each other. Kids high five each other and cheer each other on.
