
At Priority CrossFit, Women’s Health is a Priority.
Three of our 5 CrossFit coaches are women, and women make up over half of our membership.
As part of the broader fitness industry, we recognize how underserved women are in the space of physical health and wellness.
There is very little programming that is specifically created for pregnant and postpartum women, and there tends to be some stigma and misinformation around women’s fitness in the pre- and postnatal stages of life.
We’re changing that!
Moms, it’s time to prioritize YOU again. Our new women’s health fitness program, Dumbbells & Diapers, is a Group fitness program created specifically for moms, and led by a certified coach!

This program is designed by Coach Kate Petersen, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer here at Priority Crossfit and a Girls Gone Strong Certified Pre- and Post-natal training specialist.
Workouts are programmed with a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, pelvic floor/core strength, and mobility–all tailored to improve physical fitness in the pre- and postnatal body.

With 3 classes per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 45 minutes each, you’ll be well on your way to the recommended 150 minutes per week of exercise for pregnant and postpartum women.
Bring your non-mobile babies (no crawlers/walkers, please! :). Workout and connect with other mommas 3 days per week. Pregnant and postpartum mommas are welcome!
All participants must be cleared for exercise by a medical doctor prior to starting the program.
When you register for the Dumbbells & Diapers program, Coach Kate will send you a detailed questionnaire you can fill out and return that will help ensure your physical health and safety stays the absolute priority throughout the 8-week program.
