Current Hours Monday thru Friday

  • 2 Free weeks are M-W-F at 5am or 5pm and begin on the first week of each month.  Call for accurate schedule and dates!
  • 5 and 6am group classes
  • 4 and 5pm group classes
  • 6pm group and open gym (except on Friday nights, no class)
  • CrossFit Kids Hours currently Tuesdays and Thursdays TBD:
  • 5:30 - 6:00pm kids age 5-8
  • 7:00 - 7:45pm juniors age 9-12
 

Saturday

  • 8:00a Open gym

There will be a warmup for everyday with WOD specific warmups additionally

There will be a skill/strength posted, for those athletes wanting to get stronger and we recommend doing prior to WOD. The WOD for the day, and also a Core exercise after the WOD. After all, we are core to extremity fitness regime
